I wish I could leave a good review. However, I have been bringing 3 of my kids here for the last 10 years. My 2 younger ones are biracial and I experienced racial remarks on multiple occasions within the last year. I never had any issues until they got a new owner. Ever since then, the hygienists are not the same. They don’t demonstrate patience with my younger kids. I always noticed a lack of diversity at this office but never thought twice about it until my 4 year old was called a “peanut butter baby”. Not long after that we received a letter in the mail saying they don’t take my insurance and we need to find care elsewhere. After 10 years in this office I am glad to leave with the new owner and staff. If you are a family looking for a pediatric dentist I would look somewhere else, especially if you aren’t white.

The absolute best!! We've been using them for almost 8 years and have had nothing but great experiences. The office is colorful and child oriented. The staff are always fantastic. They answer my questions as well as my child's. They give me great tools & tips, and even with it being out of network the cost is reasonable for us. We did hit a point where my child was having some serious anxiety over the dentist (she had to have multiple procedures very close together at a young age) and they worked with me to find a sedation option that worked well for her, and that I was comfortable with. So glad that they have added orthadontia to their services, and I can't wait for them to add an adult dentist so we can all go to the same office!

Extremely over priced. They quit answering the phones well before closing. I tried today at 3:40PM. I was promised a call back while looking for records when I called in earlier today. Getting the runaround. They said there's a bad debt even though I have bank records indicating otherwise. Even leaving this place has been nothing shy of painful. This is just clerical stuff. The worst part was a far from ideal surgery on my daughter that I will not divulge details for fear of retailiation. Yeah. It's that kind of place.

They did a fabulous job with my autistic child. Everything was very calm and they have many techniques to get into an autistic child's mouth. I was very surprised my child allowed them to!! That means Everything to me!! Thank you!!!!!

Our first visit there was about a month ago, and I'm not one to typically leave reviews. However, I believe the office deserves some recognition. I've personally worked in a dentist office & my dad has managed multiple. This office was so friendly and welcoming and they have two play areas for the kiddos: one in the waiting room & one in the area where kids get their teeth cleaned (as well as a tv on the ceiling for them to look up at). We brought our three boys in at once which I thought was going to be hectic because they fight & don't like to sit still ever, but the play area in the waiting kept them busy while waiting to be called back. When they called all three at once, I got nervous how I was going to be able to be with all of them & comfort them as it was their first visit. There was no reason to be! The staff talked to them & made them comfortable & my 4 year old even did his X-Rays with one of the staff by himself (normally won't leave his mommy's side lol). My 3 year old didn't want to sit at first, but they had kids sunglasses to give each of them to put on & sit down with & he was eventually talked into sitting down & after that the staff member had him smiling & enjoy
